The building was simply lifted and lowered over the roadside hedge onto its new foundation base by crane. All the services are housed in one end of the building which has separate external entrance doors to allow easy access for service and maintenance. The secure steel building shell has been covered with timber cladding to the outer walls and steel pantiles to the roof.
